Launch readiness

Early-access terms

These draft terms set expectations for invited MotorSeen beta members while final operating details are completed.

Beta policy draft · Updated October 4, 2026 · Final legal review required before public launch

Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for content and event information you submit. Do not impersonate organizers, misrepresent vehicle ownership, scrape the service, evade access controls, or disrupt other members.

Community content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant the service a limited worldwide license to host, process, display, resize, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the features you selected. You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload.

Events, vendors, and safety

Listings are informational and may be submitted by third parties. A listing is not an endorsement, guarantee, or promise that an event or business is safe, accurate, available, or suitable. Confirm details with the organizer and make your own safety decisions. Street racing, dangerous driving, and illegal activity are not permitted.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled through the platform where they were purchased. Prices, taxes, benefits, and refund rules are shown before purchase and may differ by platform or region. Access may change at the end of a billing period after cancellation. Store purchases are also governed by the applicable app store terms.

Moderation and availability

We may review, restrict, or remove content and may suspend accounts to enforce these terms or protect the community. Early-access features may change, fail, or be discontinued. No production service-level commitment is offered during the private beta.

Support and before public launch

Invited members can use the signed-in Beta feedback & support page for product issues, moderation appeals, privacy requests, and account help. Final terms must identify the operating entity, governing law, dispute process, refund details, and any required consumer disclosures. This page is a product-readiness draft and is not a substitute for legal review.
