Launch readiness
Privacy notice
This draft explains how the early-access service is designed to handle member data across web, iOS, and Android.
Beta policy draft · Updated October 4, 2026 · Final legal review required before public launch
Information we handle
- Account and identity information needed to sign you in and maintain your membership.
- Profile, garage, vehicle, build, event, group, post, referral, photo, and preference information you choose to provide.
- Approximate home area or a search ZIP code when you use distance-based discovery. ZIP codes may be sent to a postal-location provider to find the search center; precise continuous location tracking is not part of the current beta.
- Subscription state and transaction references needed to provide paid access. Full payment-card details are handled by the applicable payment provider, not stored by this service.
- Basic technical, security, and moderation records needed to operate and protect the community.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the garage and community experience, discover nearby events and businesses, enforce tier limits, maintain subscriptions across platforms, moderate content, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Visibility and sharing
Content marked public may be visible to anyone. Member-only content is limited to signed-in members. Private garage content remains limited to its owner unless the member changes its visibility. Service providers may process limited data on our behalf for authentication, hosting, storage, payments, and operational security.
Your choices
Members can choose what they post and can change supported visibility settings. During the private beta, signed-in members can use Beta feedback & support to request account correction, export, or deletion. Direct self-service export and deletion workflows will be finalized before public launch. Removing an account may not immediately remove records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Children and changes
The beta is not intended for children under 13. Material policy changes will be dated here and, when appropriate, communicated in the product. A legal business identity, support contact, retention schedule, and region-specific disclosures must be added before public release.
