Request account and data deletion
MotorSeen members can ask us to delete their account and the personal content associated with it.

How to submit a request
- Sign in to the MotorSeen account you want deleted.
- Open support and choose the account or privacy category.
- State that you want the account and its associated personal data deleted, then submit the request.
What happens next
We will use the signed-in account to verify the request, remove or anonymize account data and member content that is not required for another lawful purpose, and confirm completion through the available support channel.
Limited retention
Some records may be retained only when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Those records remain restricted and are not used to keep a public MotorSeen profile active.
Can’t sign in?
Use the account recovery options on the sign-in page first. Once access is restored, submit the request from the signed-in support page so we can verify ownership safely.
